How We Build
Every R2 that leaves İzmir is one collector’s droid from the first casting to the last screw – its own cart, its own parts, its own paint. This is how it happens.

Your droid gets its own cart
The day your order is confirmed, a production cart is labelled with your build number. Every part of your R2 lives on that cart until the day it ships – nothing is shared, nothing is mixed with another build.

Cast one droid at a time
Dome, body, legs and feet are cast in high-density resin and industrial polystone, then CNC-cut metal parts are added. Each casting is checked against the film references before it goes any further.

Every part prepared by hand
Filling, sanding, test-fitting: each panel, vent and greeblie is finished individually and stays with its own droid. This is where the screen-accurate lines come from.

Painted for you
Automotive-grade paint in the original colours – or your custom scheme – applied in our booth. Weathering is done by hand, panel by panel.

Wired, motorized, taught to move
Boards, motors, speakers and lights are installed and every function is tested: drive, dome, panels, arms, sounds, and the AI systems if you ordered them.
06
Photographed, packed, insured
You approve the finished droid on photos or a live video call. Then it is crated in a custom protective box, insured, and delivered to your door – customs handled by our broker.
Every piece is numbered, signed and documented – and because each part was prepared for one droid, spare parts and paint match for life.
