From Order to Delivery Process

Every stage is managed with our quality standards, technical expertise and years of experience.

Order and Planning Week 1

Based on our customer’s preferences, the product configuration is determined. Color, surface finish, and additional modules are finalized. A production list is prepared, and the item is scheduled into the production program.

Casting Weeks 2–5

All primary and auxiliary parts are produced using high-density 8K-grade resin, industrial polystone, and CNC-cut metal components. Additional sensors and software integrations are also planned during this stage.

Surface Preparation (Filling and Sanding) Weeks 6–9

The surfaces of all parts are refined to remove imperfections. Smoothness is ensured prior to painting, guaranteeing a flawless and long-lasting finish.

Final Assembly Weeks 16–18

LEDs, motors, speakers, and the control board are installed. Wiring is organized, labeled, and all functions are fully integrated.

Painting and Surface Finishing Weeks 10–13

All parts are painted in the selected color. Once painting is complete, the desired surface finish is applied: Factory New, Weathered, Battle Damaged, or Custom.

Mechanical and Electronic Assembly Weeks 12–16

The main body, lower components, head lenses, frames, and leg joints are assembled. Motor housings, cable passages, and electronic connection areas are prepared.

Quality Control and Final Testing Weeks 18–19

Paint and surface inspections are conducted, with necessary touch-ups applied. Sound, light, movement, and special functions are tested to ensure the product is ready for delivery.

Packaging and Shipping Week 20

The product is packed in a custom protective box with shock-absorbing foam compartments. It is shipped insured via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Customs clearance is completed by our own broker free of charge; the droid is declared as artwork (HS 9703), which is duty-free in most countries.

Delivery and After-Sales Support Week 20 + transit

Delivery is made with an installation manual included. We provide a 30-day full warranty (including user-related damages), a 2-year production and paint warranty, and lifetime spare-parts and paint support.

All parts are painted in the selected color. Once the painting process is complete, the desired surface effect (Clean, Weathered or Battle Damaged) is applied.

Weeks 16–18
Final Assembly

LEDs, motors, speakers and main boards are installed. Wiring is organized, labeled and all functions are integrated.

Quality Control and Final Testing

Paint and surface inspections are conducted, with touch-ups applied if necessary. Sound, light, movement and special features are tested to prepare the product for delivery.

Week 20
Packaging and Shipping

The product is packed in a custom protective box with impact-absorbing foam compartments. It is shipped via DHL, FedEx or UPS with full insurance coverage. Customs procedures are handled by us, and the recipient is only responsible for tax payment.

Timeframe

Every droid is built on a fixed 20-week production plan from order confirmation to dispatch, plus 1–3 weeks of insured transit. You receive photo updates at each stage, and the payment schedule follows the same calendar.
